Before you send it

Keep it under one page. The first paragraph should answer what, when, where and why it matters.
Add 1 or 2 strong screenshots and link the trailer and press kit instead of attaching files.
Send it 1 to 2 weeks before the date.
Write a short personal email per journalist or creator; do not mass BCC.
